At St. Patrick Education Centre, we recognize that hunger is a major barrier to learning. Many of our children come from families that struggle to provide consistent meals at home. As a result, we run a daily school feeding program that ensures every enrolled child receives at least one balanced, nutritious meal per day.
These meals are often the only proper meal some children get in a day, making the program essential not only for physical health and development but also for academic success. Children who are fed are more alert, more active in class, and more likely to stay in school. We’ve seen a direct improvement in class attendance, participation, and performance since implementing this program.
The strength of our school feeding program lies in the generosity of our community and partners. With the support of donors, well-wishers, and local suppliers, we are able to keep our kitchen running and our children nourished.
Whenever possible, we source food locally—such as vegetables, grains, and fruits—from farmers and vendors within the community. This not only ensures fresh and affordable produce but also supports the local economy and promotes community ownership of the program.
We invite individuals, organizations, and churches to sponsor meals, food items, kitchen equipment, or operational costs. Your support helps us maintain a sustainable and reliable program that feeds bodies and fuels dreams every single day.
